Process Modeler is stuck in the middle without any error

Could be that the conversion to CDT is taking a very long time if the input Excel is large - or that an internal error has occurred - might be worth checking the STDOUT logs to see if there is any strange messages around heap space usage - or that the smart service has consumed all of the available heap resulting in a slow down / crawl of the application.
