How much time pass between "Appian Version announcement" and "Customers been able to schedule the upgrade" ?

Question

I am not sure if I missed it on the announcement and previously i haven't thought about his right away after the announcement. 
 How much time pass between "Appian Version announcement" and "Customers been able to schedule the upgrade" ? 
 I have to say I would like to see this somewhere in a documentation page.

You can open a support ticket and schedule your upgrade usually a week after the GA release. So if 19.1 is released on Feb 22 you can open a support ticket any time and request your cloud site be updated to the newest version with preferred date and time. Most upgrades are scheduled between from Sunday nights 6 PM EST to Friday nights 4 PM EST.
