Cannot create new Query Rule in Cloud Appian Instance

Hi, 
 I cannot see "Query Rule" option while creating new objects in my cloud Appian Instance. Has it become obsolete now?

This appears to be the direction although it wasn't mentioned on the recent webinar. 
When you create an expression rule you can now "Launch the Query Editor" which will give you a GUI for creating query entity rules

The 19.1 release notes aren't officially published yet but I believe I heard something about the creation of query rules now being deprecated. Do you have some use case for an old-style query rule that you can't reproduce with an expression rule with a!queryEntity used? These are much stronger and more flexible overall. 
 Edit: if you go to the 31:09 mark in the 19.1 webinar video, the demonstrator drops down the "new object" menu and query rule is not among the items that can be added. I'll take this as official notice that the ability is removed, at least until the release notes mention it specifically ;-)
