Add User smart service taking time

Hi All,

I have a scenario where I need to Add Users into Appian, where the action is performed in different instances for 30 concurrent users.Each user is creating 100 users each.

The Add User Smart Service is taking time to execute it.

Anyone please suggest this what could be the reason for the delay of the execution of Add User Smart Service.

Hello Harshav,

I have some questions here:
Do you get anything on the log files?
are you using MNI?
can you show us that configuration?
how many instances are getting created?
Is the process still active? paused?
What does the process history tells you?

Please tell us more about it. I can tell you that I have tested loops creating 1000 users on batched of 100, 50, 30 working fine.

Hi Harsha -
So each of 30 users is starting a process to create 100 users?
What is the duration for the node to create 100 users in each process?
How long should it take to create 3000 users?

This is arguably a maintenance activity that should probably be performed off-peak when normal operations are suspended for the day.
