ERROR com.appiancorp.rest.record.data.RecordRestService - Unable to retrieve record summary for record w/ type RecordType
Our server logs has been displaying this message whenever we click on an action under related actions.
However, we were still able to process all our task/actions correctly on the front end without any issue even though the logs has been constantly displaying these messages.
Does anyone has any idea or has experienced these messages in the logs before? We are running on 18.2

I am facing the same issue. We are running on 19.1.

I have the same issue on 19.2.
Usually this is followed by the following error:
2019-06-23 11:51:08,672 [http-nio-8080-exec-1] ERROR com.appiancorp.sail.ServerReevaluationMetrics - Unexpected error at startParam(2, null). Current metrics are: Metrics [data=MetricsData [isMetricsEnabled=true, isInsideHigherOrderFunction=false, systemOrHideInternalsDepth=0, captureSystemRulesMetrics=false, insideUiSource=1]]
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 2, Size: 1

I have got this issue from 18.2 and after upgrade to 19.2 also getting same issue
I believe this should be fixed in 19.2 Hotfix A released today.
After installing the hoftix, does not seem to be the case.
We've just had 19.2 Hotfix B installed to our test cloud instance this morning and I had hoped that following (AN-136685 - Low - Fixed an issue that caused extraneous logging in customer logs) may have resolved this issue but alas not - we are still getting ERROR com.appiancorp.rest.record.data.RecordRestService - Unable to retrieve record summary for record w/ type RecordType logged although there appears to be no user impact at the front end.
