Is it possible to give custom titles on X-axis of a line graph. Actually my use case is to show months (Oct,Nov, Dec) on X-axis and number count on Y-axis. But I have read from somewhere that Line graph contain only numeric values on both X and Y axis. Please help.

Line charts only display numeric data. Check out the documentation for more information: forum.appian.com/.../Portal_Reports
