Hello Amit
Please refer to the Appian documentation it explains well what to do and let us know if that information is enough or you need some clarification.
Additionally I would suggest to take a look at the salesforce documentation, I haven’t tried this exact configuration it but it looks like salesforce Can act as a SAML identity provider. A certificate and the metadata file and some configurations in both places.
Here are some useful links
Hole this helps

Can you please let us know how u had embedded Appian on salesforce, iframe pages are not showing up on Salesforce. please share code snippets if possible.
hey ganeshbabuj,
1. Configure Connected App in salesforce with SAML authentication with all required url like ASC url, logout url etc. of Appian org in salesforce connected app
2. After that take metadata certificate and IDP certificate from Salesforce connected app and configure SAML in Appian with these things and test connection.
3. make sure that if your subject type is username in saleforce connected app then your salesforce username should exits in appian username
4. After that create HTML page with the help of following link and embed in iframe
https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/19.1/Embedded_Interfaces.html
Thanks and Regards,
I configure following things in saleforce connected app and then took Metadata certificate and IDP certificate and configure SAML in Appian.
Entity IDACS URLStart URL
Now i am able to access Appian in salesforce with SSO feature.
