Hi All,
In my project there is a requirement that I store the email chain in Appian and display that in interface, so we started the process through email and then trying to create an EML file to store the mail chain. But the body which is mapped is not in proper format for appian.

Please suggest how can we use the above content to store as an EML file in appian.

You may use striphtml(html) function to strip the HTML tags and convert it into plain text.
and then take the body content and generate EML file using that.
