I have a requirement where we want to add a tool tip to a button. I wanted to know if this is possible(Appian 19.1)?

I think still the only way to do something like this is to use a!cardLayout and create a "fake button", in which you could use like rich text and helptooltips etc. The normal button components still support only strictly plaintext.
