Hi Team ,

Why the current WebService Smart Service in Appian does not supports JAX-WS services. Currently it only supports JAX-RPC (rpc/literal and document/literal) ....

Here's a list of unsupported types of web services: forum.appian.com/.../Call_Web_Service_Smart_Service

For unsupported scenarios you can try using the Send HTTP Request Plug-in available for download here in Appian Forum under the "Shared Components" record (forum.appian.com/.../all)- Smart Services
