Attempting to write to an external data store.
Problem: An error occurred in executing an Activity Class.
Details: An error occurred while trying to write to the data store [OP_request]. No values have been written. Details: could not insert: [OPRequestDT2160] (APNX-1-4208-004)

Can you check the logs and Alerts to see if either have additional details?

Alert: There is a problem with task “Write to OP tables” in the process “Replicate Simple Request”. An error occurred while trying to write to the data store [OP_request]. No values have been written. Details: could not insert: [OPRequestDT2160] (APNX-1-4208-004)

I do not know how to check the logs

Check application-server.log for additional details on this error. Remember that the log's timezone is GMT.

If this is an Appian Cloud environment the log is called:

jboss1-stdOut.log.2015-mm-dd for example for today it would be jboss1-stdOut.log.2015-03-22
