How to Disable Tempo News Feed

Hello,
how I can disable or "limit" the Tempo News functions.
We have a tempo area but, for the moment We don't use it and We don't want that any user posting a news or posting a message to ALL people..
Any suggestion about it? Thanks...

    Hi Kimp, I'm working to implement a news process (similar to appian tempo) for insert a specific news with different icons and reading autorization.
    I understand that Tempo is a "core" app for Appian interface. It is visible from web and mobile.
    I'm going to study more and more for create and use tempo interfaces news and app. This is the solution :)
