Hi,

I have installed Appian7.2 over Windows Server 2012. It was working fine but due to some network requirement we have changed the IP address of the server. Now when we are starting the Appian server after changing the IP of the underlying machine its starts giving following error: Could anyone help in getting understand what exactly goes wrong or we need to install the server again.

Sorry for the miscommunication. With the temp license its giving license issue while starting the engines. While the same engines are getting up using the old Permanent license that we were using before changing the server IP. Just now i have stopped and started the engine over the same server with the permanent license,

Open up a new command prompt, cd to <APPIAN_HOME>\\server\\_bin\\k\\<OS> and type k, what is the output?

I have run the checkengine command. Apart from Discussion forum none of engines are active.

While the output of the above said command is :
C:\\Appian72\\server\\_bin\\k\\win64>k

The engines are down. Can you check the task manager and determine if there are any k processes running? If so, please perform a stop-suite.bat and allow all the k processes to finish. If not, please run start-suite.bat.
