I have installed Appian7.2 over Windows Server 2012. It was working fine but due to some network requirement we have changed the IP address of the server. Now when we are starting the Appian server after changing the IP of the underlying machine its starts giving following error: Could anyone help in getting understand what exactly goes wrong or we need to install the server again.

It looks like the app-server has lost communication with the engines.
Has the FQDN of your server changed as well? What's the output of checkengine. You may require a new license.

The temporary license is active for 6 days. When did you receive the temporary license?

If the issue was with the license than i suppose even the engines wont be started but that not the case. Engines are started without any issues

When was the last time the engines were brought down? Did you just bring up the Appian engines?
