Every time when iam adding any attachment i observed it is getting stored in the kdbid of accdocs1 or accdoc2 or accdocs3 under _admin folder.I want to understand the following things to handle Content management.
1.Can we determine on what basis an attachment is stored in to either of the 3 folders(accdocs).
2.Once after creating knowledge centers and folders, unless and until i upload an attachment in to the folder,am not able to see the KC id in any of the 3 accdocs. So mean while, where the information regarding these ids will be stored?
3.The attachment that is stored in those 3 folders is getting stored with some other id rather than attachment id. What is the reason behing this?
4.What are all the files that we need to look into to handle Content management?...

Thanks alex.We want to handle disaster management for the documents ,so we are trying to know on what basis the files are getting stored in one of the 3 docs folders(accdoc1,accdoc2,accdoc3).
