Hello,
I am not able to see the icon in the process designer. For example, when i choose the user input task in the process designer, I am not able to see the icon (with yellow question mark), instead I see a red X.
In the custom properties, I have set the sever and port to the domain that I am using to access the appian.
Any suggestions?...

1. When viewing the modeler hit the F12 key from your keyboard, this will open IE Developer Tools
2. On IE Developer Tools click on the white arrow called "Select Element By Click"
3. Move your mouse and click on the red X
4. Check the path IE Developer Tools is showing to see if this is a valid path
5. Here's an example of what you may want to check:

This path is not valid when I tried in a browser. So what are the next steps? Am i missing any configurations?

How different that path is from what you have in custom.properties and what you are using in the browser? Is it pointing to a different server? to the web server maybe?

If I understand your comments correctly, both points to the same browser, But the image url from the IE developer tools for the image is completely different.
the path prior to the " xxxx /suite/.... " in the browser is same as in the custom properties ( conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT) i.e. xxx is same as conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT in properties file.
I hope I clarified my problem.
Thanks
