Hi biscontig, You can use Image Utilities smart service. Go through this link: forum.appian.com/.../. Also it has a sample application which resizes the input image. Have a look at it and also you can find many icons in the Common Objects. If you have Common Objects application imported, then you can find those images here.. Default Community-->Common Objects-->Images-->Tempo Feed Icons. Hope this info helps you.
