Hi Forum

I am looking to save an email sent via the Appian send email smart service. This is an adhoc email, where the user enters in an email body, recipients, attachments and subject line in a user input task before the send email node is activated. I'd like to save this email, once sent, in a format similar to a .msg outlook file into the Appian repository so that the user has a saved copy of the email instead of saving everything into process variables. Is this possible?...

As you would be saving all the data in Process Variables, You can directly create Pdf using a template or You could create a word document using a template and then converting it into a pdf. There are plugins to create documents using template.
