Does anybody know if there is a way to make a form that has all the fields of a CDT that can be used as a Start Process Form? All I see on the palette in the Interface editor are the built-in data types. Do I have to manually put in all the fields of the data type into the interface form and convert those into a CDT during the process?

When you select new interface and give it a name and click Create - you will get the form to pick a template. Scroll to the bottom. This is in Appian 19.2
