We are trying to save in an Appian folder a document recovered from a url through an integration but does not let us save it in a document type variable,

i think you can use smart service "HTTP File Download"
But that smart is deprecated no???

We use the version 19.2 and in this version is deprecated....

Yes ,in 19.2 its was departed.
but you can achieve the same by using integration object ,go trough below link
