Hi guys, first question here so go easy on me. I tried finding the solution myself but no luck so far.
For my application I've had to make changes to the wording of some emails my application sends out using the "Send Email" service. The body for these email is generated from a HTML document template.
To make these changes to the wording, I had to download the file from Appian, alter the template, reupload the file and then manually ensure that all the processes that use depend on that email now point to the newly uploaded file as opposed to the old one. I couldn't find a way to simply the replace the old file with the new one or make these changes to the template in Appian itself.
It's quite time consuming making sure all the dependents are updated with the new HTML document and I'm worried I'll miss some, is there an easier/more automated way of doing this?
Thanks for any help you can give me in regards to this,
John

In Designer view select your document ,you will get "More" drop down ,in that drop down select "New Version" ,their you can upload your updated HTML Template ,so where ever the previous template is used that will be updated by new version template.
I can't believe I missed that, such a simple solution, I feel like an idiot. Thank you so much, this has helped massively.
