I know in 18.4 there is the ability to define a static header of a grid (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/18.4/Appian_Release_Notes.html#frozen-grid-headers-and-grid-heights).
Is there any way to define a portion of a SAIL form as scroll-able (not only for a grid)? This would enable a static header and footer portion of the form while the middle is scroll-able. Idea is to have navigation buttons at the top and submit (Save/Cancel) buttons at the bottom static.

As far as I know, there's currently no layout / interface component that currently behaves this way, other than grids with a height specified. I guess such functionality could plausibly be on Appian's roadmap but if so I'd be a little surprised.
