Use application export facility from the Application designer.
Process instances cannot be exported.
Take the dump of the database tables.
When you export application, groups will also get export. No additional efforts required unless there are any dependent groups from other applications
Hi sateeshk,Can you please brief why you want to migrate Process instance?Rest you can do by taking Application Build Export.
For Appian Instance Migration you need to migrate all your Primary DB, KDB etc. and its seems difficult.

Dude can you please help here to know how to export "data" from one environment and import it to another Appian environment?
sateeshk,Sandeep Deshmukh
If it is data from the Database, you can do an export from one environment and import on the other one.

Could you please let me know
What kind of data you want to export?
Is it database tables data or process instance data?
What is the necessary to export data in your case?
Thanks In general from database to database, yes its possible. Is it possible while doing export-import within Appian objects?
It's business spefcific data. It's database tables data.
If we have to export the database data, we have to take the export script file of the database or specific table from the source database.
Import the script file in the target database preferably after importing application and before publishing the data store
Manually from application designer, we cannot export the database scripts along with the application.
If you Deploy Across Connected Environments, Database changes can be deployed alongside object changes by clicking the DATABASE SCRIPTS tab
Refer Compare and Deploy Across Connected Environments in the given link.
