I'm using the new feature Compare App which is provided in 19.2 version. In my team for some user it is working fine, and for some other user we are facing an uneven error. Can any one please help me out in sorting the issue. Please find the error screenshot in the attachment.

I faced a slightly different error recently - as soon as I clicked "compare app", i got an error message. The solution ended up being to remove 3 outdated (and not up-to-date, or even used) environments from the list in each affected environment. The weird part was, it had worked before. Appian support is looking into this one. If your issue continues, I suggest submitting a support case to them too since this seems like perhaps a different root cause.

Basically as I said previously, our configuration had some outdated environments included that registered as "offline" (they were previously used for load testing etc) - since the 19.3 upgrade, I was getting a specific error message when attempting to compare app, and removing these older environments in my case solved the issue.
