My team and I are currently using FitNesse for Appian Automated scripts and we need to know if FitNesse is currently capable of using loops, which is a common concept in most programming languages. If so, please provide an example.

Looping is not available (if using SLIM).
Alternate: Create a scenario function in Scenario Library; Call it in test case successively.
