Level 1 Credential Exam link availability "Post Payment"

Hello,

I have the following issue.

I paid the required amount for the Level 1 Credential exam on 9/28/2019 and received a system message and a invoice payment for the same. 

I tried accessing the exam online yesterday 9/29/2019 but it does not allow me to attempt (there is no link saying to do so) but instead asks me to repurchase the exam AGAIN.

I sent emails to academyonline@appian.com, info@appian.com and academy@appian.com as i didn't know which was the best to reach in my particular case.

Can anyone guide me to the right place/email/person to get in touch regarding this issue.
