Hi Everyone,
I am looking for any already created components/services/code that will access my Appian KDB and retrieve for me various document metadata (display name, physical URL, creation date etc) from the KDB for ALL documents in our collaboration system. I'm looking for something that will iterate through all folders and subfolders within a knowledge center and for all documents found in a given folder: get that document’s metadata.
Can anyone point me to anything existing (smart services, document indexing scripts, KDB Q language queries …) that could help us towards our goal? We are running Appian 6.2.
Thanks for your help....

If you perform a quick search in the Shared Components record list for "document" you will find an array of solutions that will help you which include get documents from folder (including recursive search) and the physical URL of documents plugin.
These can all be used in process to return what you need.
