We are using the user() function in multiple interfaces to render user properties for last and first name. This works with no issues for all users in the two lower environments (DEV and QA), but does not work since new deployment into pre-production environment. It simply returns the username (no properties). However, it does work for other users in separate groups. All users are setup as basic users.

Does it work for system admin accounts when they access these interfaces?
