Hi,
I'm trying to use 'PDF DOC from Template' to generate a pdf. I prepared an HTML
template with ###variables###..but the format file is not recognized by the component..What I'm missing?

The template to be used in a PDF Doc from Template smart service is a PDF Form Template. For more details you could refer forum.appian.com/.../PDF_Doc_From_Template_Smart_Service

If what you have is an HTML document with the tokens to be replaced use the HTML Doc From Template Smart Service instead forum.appian.com/.../HTML_Doc_From_Template_Smart_Service.
