Trying to write simple excel with 3 columns. Seems I have mapped all smart service inputs correctly. Anyone encountered similar issue, please suggest.

Somewhere in the import you're inserting a blank or otherwise zero-length value that the table doesn't like. (very likely the PK)if you're not inserting PK values - make sure the table is set up to auto-increment.
If that's not it, the community will need to see the CDT structure and some example excel data to help you further.

I'm having the same exact issue. PM was working fine in 18.2. Broken in 19.4.
