Hi,
It can be done in two ways,
1) You can use the URL directly in the Tempo Feed or Message.
2) In more info, label can be given as text that the user has to seen and value as URL.

Presently I have done in the same way as mentioned in option2.
But the problem is the URL being so long that it does not gives a good look to the end user. So, that's why wanted to hyperlink rather than giving the URL directly.
For an example if one mentions the URL of the record on the value of More Info, then it does not give a good look.

You can consider using a URL shortening site to improve the user experience

It sounds like hemalathat may have provided a better solution, but the first thing that popped into my mind was defining the max-width of your anchor tag through CSS, and then using the elipses attribute of the overflow property to truncate the url displayed to the end user.
