Status Unavailable in Compare & Deploy

Question

Hi, 
 I'm currently comparing the objects between the environements using the Compare and Deploy feature available in Appian. When I compare the objects (which I assume they are identical), the comparision shows the status as 'Status Unavailable'. Also, I can see for few objects, the statues are like 'Changed' or 'Conflict Detected'. 
 Does anyone know if there is any status if objects are identical? Is it the status 'Status Unavailable' for the identical objects?

Whenever I see "Status Unavailable", that means that the object is older than when version comparison was first implemented (at least I think this is the cutoff, roughly), and has had no recent updates in one environment or the other. 
 Identical versions are listed as "Not changed", though as far as I know, if an object is too old it'll show up with the "Status Unavailable" status regardless of whether it's changed.
