Hi , I am triggering a process via email . Is it possible to get the .msg file of the email so received as an attachment on the dashboard. Please help ....

If you're not interested in the content but just the .msg file, you might want to try forwarding that email as an attachment to another mailbox. In this way, if you intercept the latter mailbox, you will get the .msg file. But remember, it won't contain the contents.
