Good Morning
I tell you the situation, we have several applications where we send emails, everything worked until we decided to delete the documents attached to the emails and something else, from that moment the delivery of emails does not work. We don't know if we have removed too many things, but we are a bit lost. It occurs to someone that it may be.
Thanks a lot

Could you elaborate a bit more on the implementation? How are the emails being constructed? How are they being sent? Are you seeing any errors being raised? How are "...the documents attached to the emails..."?
Hi StewartFirst of all thank you for your interest. We are sending email as indicated by appian in good practices, with Receive Message. In our Task nodes, we define the scaling for min 0, at that moment we control from which task is launched and send an email, the body of the email is basic and any type of email regardless of the content fails, we even made a new one with a basic body and nothingIt always worked for us until Friday.
Thx
Hi Alex
I'm struggling to understand your implementation. Are you able to post screenshots of the implementation?
I'm assuming (although it's hard to tell) that your User Input Task has an Escalation on it (top right of your screenshot) that is sending a message to the 'Receive Message' node (bottom left of your screenshot). What is happening at run-time (other than an email not being sent)? Is the message being sent/received? Is the email node being executed? Is there an error being raised?
It turns out that the company thought it was an attack, due to teleworking by the virus. They closed the access.I feel the waste of your time. Many thanks
Haha! Thanks for the update, at least you got to the bottom of it!
thanks to you
