fetch the details from constant .

Can you talk us through what you're thinking of in perhaps a bit more detail?  I'm unsure what to make of, "fetch details based on my group member" -- i assume ri!groupMember might be a user or username, but then how are you wanting that to relate to the constant with a list of groups?  What details are you after exactly?

I have one Constant named group CONSTANTFFORGRUPOS  which have 20 Group list such  as TML Admin , TMK PM , ........20 

my requirement is that i have user name Ex " TOM"  i dont know which group he belongs ..... 

I need to get the groups Name where  the TOM is present 

Basically expression rule need to create the pass the value through rule input .

If you have the People Functions plug-in, you can just use the function getGroupsForMemberUser() to get the groups that the user belongs to.

I know that function can you help me with expression rule 

What do you have so far?  I'm still pretty unclear on what you're trying to do that isn't doable pretty much just by using the rule I named in my prior comment.
