Hi,

I have a small question for exception events in task i.e the exception occurs when the flow reaches the task or when the task is completed because as per my understanding and looking at the behavior of the flow exception executes before the submission of the form i.e it does not take care of the values in the form, which I need to evaluate...

The exception will execute based on conditions configured in exception rule. It will not execute after the form submission.

thanks I got it. The exception will execute as soon as the task is encountered and act if there is any changes in the process variable associated with the exception. Plz correct me if I am wrong anywhere

The full explanation on Exception Flows is available at forum.appian.com/.../Exception_Flows where it is stated:

"The triggers for intermediate events are evaluated upon activation of an activity. If the trigger is true, the activity is interrupted/cancelled, and the exception flow is activated."
