I created a appian application, exported it to a file. Checked for missing precedents and made sure there are none missing. Ensured all users and groups are present in the new environment as well.
I was able to successfully import into the new environment, with no errors or warnings. But when i open the application, I am not able to see the process model name.
Any help is much appreciated.

I'm not sure, but it sounds similar to the issue described in this thread from just a few days ago; I'd start with the advice that was posted there and follow up here again if it's still unresolved.
Yes, it did help us. Not only having same language in enabled languages helped us. But we had to change the primary language as well.
