Error and Exception handling: Hello all, how we achive the exception handli

Error and Exception handling:
Hello all, how we achive the exception handling in Appian. For example if I want to have an exception flow when a Write to DB task fails, how can i catch the error message?? Is it stored in any processproperty variable or task property variables??
Because, we want to have a exception flow, when a task fails, taking the exception details like, error message, code if any, task names etc.
I know we can get the task related properties from tp! variables but how to get the Error Messages??
Any help would be appreciated.
