We are using a new feature of 20.1 to open related action in the dialog box. When I click the Related action getting below error message.
It is working fine with the Same Tab and New Tab.

Are you able to view the tomcat log in your dev environment as well? When your related action opens in Same tab or New tab does it look correct?

Yes, I verified logs and couldn't find anything. And yes, the Same tab and New tab are working perfectly.
I recommend putting in a case with Appian Support, they can help you resolve this!
