Hi I have a process where I need to export a data store entity to pipe delimited csv then convert that csv to a txt file. I don't exactly know how to accomplish this.

What's the business use case?
I am exporting data from a data store entity to csv pipe delimited then need to send the data as a text file to an outside server
technically a CSV file is already a text file just with a different extension - is there any chance you could just send it as-is and have the outside server handle it?
