Here the input file consists of 6000 lines of data, but where as in the below figure I am getting output with an input consisting 110 lines of data.

I am parsing a csv file to cdt using an ER, while parsing if the data in the csv file is around 120 lines I am getting " the output is too large to display" but when the csv file is around 2000 lines I am getting the above mentioned error.
Is there any limitation in appian regarding the size of the file to read

" the output is too large to display" is not actually an error. You can say it as a limitation from Appian side to large amount of formatted value. As mentioned in the message itself, you can click on Raw or Expression radio button to see the complete output.
Agreed with the other poster - the second screenshot is not an error. Also the first screenshot seems to be an expression issue and not an issue with parsing the data. Can you post the full expression that you are trying to execute?
