Is there is a way I can resize the Picture first and then upload to Appian Cloud Server folder?

We have a application requires user take picture on daily routain in the first place.

The issue is, user have to use their own data, using Appian App taking picture and upload to Appian Cloud Server.

Sometimes the picture is too big (more than 2MB), so we want to resize their picture after they take it, and upload it to server in the end.

The key is I have no idear how to resize the Pic first before upload it.

I can take picture then upload to server, and using process model and IMAGE UTILITY plug-in to resize the Picture no problem.

But we want the resizing happenend first, and upload to Server. This is save user's mobile Data.
