I'm trying to debug an incident were specific users have not been getting task notifications for some weeks.
I now read that we have a new feature, whereby those users could have accidentally turned their task notifications off, and I have NO WAY to tell if that's the problem without borrowing their credentials or forcing them to screenshare with me?
