I paid the required amount for the Level 1 Credential exam on 07/20/2020 and received an email with receipt of payment. I do see in "My Activity" about enrollment.
The problem I have is that, when I try to access the exam online, system asks me to repurchase the exam. Can you please review the issue and update me accordingly.
