Sorry here is a extending question of my previous question. How do we handle the UTF-8-DOM csv file?

Hi,

Sorry I just figured out the root cause of the import to CSV smart service failling.

The CSV file I receive is under format of UTF-8-DOM, that's why that smart service is not working.

let's assum that I can't reach out to my vendor asking them change format of CSV file.

What will be the best practice to fix this?
