I have a query regarding the email smart service. I have used it to send email to Appian users in my org and other external email also as cc .When the email is received , along the email the saas.org.appiancloud.com is also shown. Like
To: XYZ@org.com" saas.myorg.appiancoud.com"
ABC@org,con"saas.myorg.appiancloud.com"
CC: xyz@gmail.com" saas.myorg,appiancloud.com.
I want to get rid of this saas thing. Please help me in this concern.

The email smart service node can be tricky when hard-coding an email address. I recommend clicking the expression box and using the toemailaddress() function https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.2/fnc_conversion_toemailaddress.html
