The saveInto is executed on user interaction only. Check documentation for how to set default values. Search for "default" -> suggestions 3 - 6.
hi stefan i alrdy check in the document but i didnt find solution
What is the expected behavior? Why to you use a local as value, but save into a rule input, twice?
value is todays date,in that local! i use for todays date
I see. But again, what is the expected behavior?
we need to display todays date. and saved into the cdt
Let's see ... shall the todays date been stored to the rule input without the user changing tha value of the drop down?
Did you search for "default" in documentation? I found the following links which should answer your question:
Set the Default Value of an Input on a Task Form
Set the Default Value of an Input on a Start Form
