Good afternoon,
We have the following problem we are calling an integration to consume a third-party service that returns a zip, we have to use that zipto mail it in our process. The problem is that when returning a binary document we do not know how to treat it to be able to handle it in appian. If we try it from the process, mapping all the result to the body that is where the document goes, it appears empty and if we do it by calling from a rule to theintegration returns the following and we do not know how to convert it to have an appian document.
Rule:
resulted in the process
Any idea?
A greeting and thanks in advance

In the response configuration of the Appian Integration Object you can configure the Response Body Parsing to "Convert binary into Appian document"
Good morning Steven What version is that option on? we have 19.1 and we don't see it
This was released in Appian 19.2:
https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/19.2/Appian_Release_Notes.html#receive-binary-with-integrations-and-receive-base64-inline-with-json
I do recommend pushing to get on a more recent version of Appian since you are missing out on 7 releases of Appian functionality and this problem has already been solved. In addition, standard support for 19.1 ended on 22 Aug 2020 and premier support for 19.1 ends on 22 Feb 2021:
https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.3/Product_Release_History.html#premier-support
However I understand this may not be within your control so here are some options since you will not be able to use the Appian Integration Object to handle this binary document in 19.1:
1) HTTP File Download Smart Service
2) Send HTTP Request Plugin
We will study all the options, thank you very much for all the help !!
