Dear All,
Currently we have one Appian timer process model which runs daily at midnight 12AM to execute one task(calling stored procedure). It was running daily without an issue till 1st Nov but suddenly it stopped executing, we have also checked the logs but not able to trace anything. We tried reconfiguring the timer by using time() function, used different time format, we re-deployed the process from lower environment to higher environment but none is working. We have checked that on same environment another timer process of other project is working without an issue.
Attaching few screenshots below for reference purpose, any pointers around this is highly appreciated.
Below setting is working on dev and same was working on UAT till 1st Nov
Tried below options but did not work

Issue is now resolved
Solution: Process model Time Zone was set to GMT and server Time Zone was set to Asia/Riyadh. After changing process model Time Zone to Asia/Riyadh timer executed at specified time.
how can we identify the Server time zone ?
It is very strongly recommended to not play around with server time zone. Let it stay at GMT. Why would you want to change it?
if you have access to the server directly, you can get it via
$ echo $TZ
Europe/Madrid
But as Stefan has mentioned, I would recommend having the server time in GMT. And if it is not GMT for whatever reason, I would not change it without doing a proper impact analysis and remediation strategy.
