Hello,
I have set the record call parameter as true in fn!twilioAvailabity function. I am able to make and receive calls and see the call logs on twilio console but i am not able to see any call recordings.
I checked with Twilio support, they informed that the call record parameter is passed as false in the API request received from Appian.
I have set the callRecord parameter as true in the fn!twilioAvailabity function. I am not sure how it is passed as false to Twilio.
Could anyone please help me on this?
